Terms of Service

All Set is a guide to set menus in London, available on this website and as a mobile app. It is operated by Set Collection Ltd (company number 17285670), a company registered in England and Wales. By using All Set you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use it.

The short version

• All Set is free to use, and there is no account to create.
• We list set menus. We do not cook them, take your booking, or take your money. Your meal is a matter between you and the restaurant.
• Menus and prices change. We check them regularly and still cannot promise they are right on the day, so confirm with the restaurant before you go.
• Some restaurants pay to be featured. Where they do, we say so on the page.

What All Set is

All Set is a directory. We collect set menus offered by restaurants in London, describe them, and link you to the restaurant so you can book. We are not a booking service, a payment service, or an agent of any restaurant, and we have no part in what happens once you arrive.

A listing is not an endorsement, an offer, or a guarantee of a table. A restaurant appearing on All Set does not mean it has any relationship with us beyond being listed.

Menus, prices and availability

The information on All Set comes from restaurants directly, from their own published menus, and from their booking providers. Restaurants change prices, dishes, service times and days without telling us. We re-check listings on a rolling basis and correct what we find, but at any given moment a listing may be out of date.

Always confirm the price, the days and the times with the restaurant when you book. If you find something wrong, tell us at marketing@allsetlondon.com and we will check it.

Bookings

Booking links take you to the restaurant's own site or to a third-party booking provider such as OpenTable, SevenRooms or ResDiary. Once you follow one of those links you are on their service and subject to their terms and their privacy policy, not ours. Your reservation, any deposit, any cancellation charge and the meal itself are between you and the restaurant.

We may add a tag to an outbound booking link so we can tell the restaurant how many bookings came from All Set. It does not identify you.

Paid listings and editorial

Restaurants can pay for a featured placement or for a sponsored editorial piece. Where a placement is paid, it is marked on the page. Everything else, including which restaurants we list at all and what we write about them, is our own editorial judgement and is not for sale.

Using All Set

You may use All Set for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• scrape, copy or republish our listings, descriptions or photography in bulk, whether by hand or by automated means;
• use All Set to build or train a competing product or dataset;
• interfere with the service, try to break its security, or place unreasonable load on it;
• misrepresent your relationship with a restaurant when contacting us.

Quoting a listing with a link back to us is fine and always welcome.

Content and ownership

The design, the written descriptions, the guides and the editorial on All Set belong to Set Collection Ltd. Restaurant names, logos, menus and photographs belong to the restaurants or their photographers, and are used to describe and promote the venue they depict.

If you own an image or a menu on All Set and want it changed or removed, email marketing@allsetlondon.com and we will deal with it promptly.

Restaurants listing with us

If you submit your restaurant through our partner form, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the venue and that the menu, prices and imagery you send are accurate and yours to share. You grant us permission to publish them on All Set and in our marketing, including social media. You can ask us to amend or remove your listing at any time.

Third-party links

All Set links out to restaurant websites, booking providers, maps and social media. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, their availability or how they handle your data.

Availability

We aim to keep All Set up and working, but it is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change, suspend or withdraw any part of it, including any listing, at any time.

Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Your rights as a consumer under English law are unaffected by these terms.

Beyond that, and because All Set is free to use, we are not liable for loss arising from your use of it. That includes a menu or price that turned out to be wrong, a restaurant that had closed, moved or stopped offering a set menu, a booking that was not honoured, or anything about the meal itself. Those are matters for the restaurant.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as All Set changes. The current version is always on this page with the date it was last updated. Continuing to use All Setafter a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
