Frieze London 2026 set menus in Marylebone, from £18.50
From an £18.50 plat du jour on Blandford Street to West African cooking with a Michelin star in Fitzrovia
Frieze London runs from Wednesday 14 October to Sunday 18 October, and a day at the fair leaves two gaps to fill: lunch, and an early dinner once the stands wind down. In London's Marylebone and Fitzrovia, set menus cover both, from a £18.50 plat du jour at Josephine Bistro Marylebone to a starred West African lunch at Chishuru.
What the menus share with the fair is range. Within Marylebone, the cooking runs from the South African braai at Kudu to the coast of south-west India at Trishna, and the French and Italian kitchens on the same streets answer with one Parisian plate and an Italian autumn set.
01 | Kudu
Marylebone

two courses £32, Mon to Fri, 12pm to 3pm
Lamb chops come off the grill at Kudu with what The Infatuation called "braai-sponsored char". The restaurant moved to Moxon Street in September 2025, across from La Fromagerie, bringing Kudu, Kudu Grill and Curious Kudu under one roof. On the set lunch, the South African twist reaches peri peri pork and confit sea trout.
02 | Trishna
Marylebone

one to four courses £25 to £50, Wed to Fri, 12pm to 2.15pm
Hariyali bream and cashew and pepper chicken bring the coast of south-west India to the Taste of Trishna at Trishna, which has held a Michelin star since 2012. Antique mirrors, marble table tops and original wooden panelling fill the dining room, and terrace doors open onto Blandford Street. The same menu returns as three or four courses every early evening.
03 | Chishuru
Fitzrovia

three courses £55, Mon to Tue, Thu to Fri, 12pm to 2pm
Chishuru takes its name from a Hausa phrase for "the silence that descends on the table when the food arrives". The kitchen draws on Yoruba, Igbo and Hausa cooking, with uziza pepper and daddawa among its ingredients, and the restaurant earned its Michelin star within five months of opening. Its Fitzrovia townhouse is finished in rough plaster, grained wood and pigmented cement.
04 | Josephine Bistro Marylebone
Marylebone

one course £18.50, Mon to Fri, 12pm to 2.30pm
A single plat du jour is the set lunch at Josephine Bistro Marylebone, on a menu built on the classics of Parisian brasseries. The wine list leans on the Loire Valley and Bordeaux, with a long run of vintage champagne. Pudding has its own small theatre: the baba au rhum is doused in rum at the table.
05 | Cafe Murano Marylebone
Marylebone

two or three courses £25 to £29, Mon to Sat, 12pm to 3pm
The autumn set at Cafe Murano Marylebone runs from crispy polenta with creamed cod to Cornish Yarg with apple and pear chutney, with calf's liver in between. The same menu comes back from 5pm to 7pm and again after 9pm, Monday to Saturday.
06 | Bill's Baker Street
Marylebone

two or three courses £18.95 to £22.95, Mon to Fri, 11.30am to 4pm
Honey mustard mini sausages open the lunch menu at Bill's Baker Street, and the mac and cheese comes topped with buffalo chicken, truffle mushroom or BBQ brisket. It is an 11-minute walk from Frieze London, in what the restaurant calls Sherlock Holmes territory, and there is a terrace for a dry October day.
Frieze London ends on Sunday 18 October, and the set lunches on Moxon Street, Blandford Street and Dorset Street are back on the Monday after. The rest of the city's are on every London lunch set menu.
