Frequently asked questions
What is a set menu?
A set menu is a fixed-price menu of two or three courses with a small number of choices per course. London restaurants run a set menu alongside their à la carte to fill quieter shifts (lunch, early evening, weeknights). The food is cooked by the same chefs from the same kitchen — only the price and the choice are reduced.
