Its Sunday roast is served in the evening, from 5pm, as two courses. Roasted rump of beef with horseradish cream and red wine sauce, English corn-fed chicken, and leg of Cornish lamb with mint salsa verde each come with Yorkshire pudding, roast potatoes and seasonal vegetables, alongside roasted sea bream with cockles and sauce vierge.
