About Aqua Nueva

Aqua Nueva cooks modern Spanish food on the fifth floor of 240 Regent Street, with a rooftop terrace. The Set Menu opens with tapas of rustic tomato bread, padrón peppers and Spanish tortilla, then a choice of croquettes, two mains from a list that includes Extremadura pork tenderloin, lamb shoulder with endive and the 'mosaic' hamachi with mojo rojo, and chocolate churros with candied orange or a seasonal fruit salad to finish. It is two courses for £26 or three for £32, with a glass of Prosecco, for tables of up to six.
