Seventy Five at Liberty is the most exciting new opening in London’s restaurant scene. Found on the second floor of Liberty, the arts and culture epicentre of Soho, expect destination dining with a local neighbourhood feel. The name may lend a knowing nod to Liberty’s founding year, yet Seventy Five is inherently modern; a contemporary all-day dining concept, a place to gather over breakfast, lunch, cocktails and dinner, or almost anything in between. Led by head chef, Joe Holness (formerly of Da Terra and Fera at Claridge’s), the innovative menu celebrates the very best of seasonal produce and locally-sourced, own-grown ingredients in a changing curation of modern British dishes, made to share.

Recent courses have included Milk chocolate soft serve, chocolate sauce, hazelnut, Brown sugar custard tart, British raspberries, creme fraiche and Selection of British cheese, sea salt crackers, quince. The menu changes, so treat these as the shape of it rather than a promise.
