About il Pampero

il Pampero is an AA Rosette-awarded Italian restaurant in Belgravia, part of The Hari London. Executive Chef Marco Quarta leads a kitchen known for cacio e pepe served in a pecorino wheel and tableside tiramisu. Guests can enjoy traditional flavour combinations from seasonal changing menus, complemented with an impressive wine list and selection of inventive cocktails.

The set menu opens on pepper seared beef carpaccio with grilled peach, wild rocket, 24 month aged Parmesan and a lemon dressing, a salad of avocado and prawns with lettuce and sun dried tomatoes, or a seasonal vegetable minestrone. Pici cacio e pepe follows, the pasta turned through a wheel of pecorino at the table, alongside chicken Milanese with wild rocket, Parmesan and a balsamic glaze, a montanara of southern fried pizza with basil, tomato and Parmesan, and courgette flowers filled with vegan cheese and served with broad beans, peas and mint.

Tiramisu is built at the table from espresso, ladyfingers and mascarpone cream, with a caprese al limone of white chocolate and fior di latte ice cream as the other third course. The set menu is served for parties of up to six.
