A new seasonal set menu presented by the Gallery Head Chefs Paul and Gabriel. Created as an ever-evolving expression of their kitchen, it brings together three courses for £45, offering a new way to experience dinner in the Gallery. The menu will evolve throughout the year, with Paul and Gabriel introducing new dishes inspired by the changing seasons while keeping the same simple format: Three courses, two choices and a reason to return. The same three courses are £60 with a half bottle of wine, or £125 with a half bottle of Laurent-Perrier Grand Siècle.
